As a Channel Sales Executive, my role covers a mix of daily execution and long-term strategy.
Every day, I work closely with Zoho, for which Nettobe is the official partner in Mauritius, to align on opportunities, strengthen pipelines, and set clear timelines that drive business growth. Alongside this, I also stay in regular contact with our resellers for ManageEngine and Veriato — reviewing ongoing deals, planning future opportunities, and ensuring that sales processes are consistently respected. While we often meet as a group, I also schedule one-on-one sessions with individual sales representatives to track deal progress and provide practical guidance that helps them improve their approach.
This means working closely with sales team managers to ensure best practices are consistently enforced across their teams. Another essential part of my role is ensuring reseller exclusivity. A deal assigned to Reseller A should not cross into Reseller B’s territory. To manage this, I use tagging in our Zoho CRM, which helps me and our technical lead, Lovena, keep opportunities clear, structured, and tied to the right partners — including managing additional discounts where needed.
When deals reach the pricing and negotiation stage, I step in directly.
I guide resellers through licensing structures, provide competitive materials if needed, and ensure they have all the tools they need to pitch ManageEngine effectively. I also organise reseller-exclusive meetings with ManageEngine to prepare them for fast sales cycles and highly competitive markets.
Beyond channel activities, I also carry internal responsibilities within Nettobe Group (Nettobe Solutions, Nettobe Services, and Emet Magen). It’s my duty to ensure our products are being sold and targets are being achieved.
For that, I schedule regular sessions with our sales and marketing teams to confirm we’re moving in the right direction — aligned, focused, and committed to hitting 100% of our objectives.
