BEING A ZOHO PARTNER
When Nettobe became an official Zoho Partner in 2019, I don’t think any of us fully realised the journey we were stepping into. At the time, we at least knew that Zoho was a powerful platform, covering various sector in a business such as Sales, Hr, Marketing, Finance, Support amongst others.
But what we’ve discovered over the years is how deeply it can transform businesses from small to big enterprises. For me, being a Zoho partner isn’t just about selling licenses. It is about walking alongside clients as they adapt, grow and sometimes even rethink how to operate. Each and every business is different somehow, for instance some need help in streamlining their sales pipeline, others how they can manage customers, others how to get proper analytics based on actual and real data, and many are still discovering the hidden potential in the suite or products they already own. Our role is to make sure no opportunity is left untapped and no license left unused.
The journey so far
Since 2019, we’ve worked with companies across industries and across borders. What I’ve learned is that technology on its own doesn’t solve problems, it the way that people actually use it that makes a difference. Because there is our way of doing thing, but does this way aligned to best practices ? That’s why we’ve always placed a strong focus on business analysis, guidance, training and ongoing support based on a structured and profession process.
